Nausea And Vomiting

Nausea and vomiting are generally symptoms of indigestion and or contaminated food, water. Indigestion is generally caused by overeating, poor food choice, combining, allergies, obesity and or tight clothing. It can generally be relieved by diet and herbs. Spices not only increase digestion and movement of food but also kill noxious bacteria, parasites, worms, etc.

The body receives food through the mouth which is sent down the esophagus into the stomach, where it is mixed with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and other enzymes, specifically designed to digest, break down animal protein and fat. This mixture sits and ferments, causing the food the food to break down into its smallest component parts: nutrients and non-nutrients. It is then sent down into the small intestines (22 feet in length) for further digestion, mixing with pancreatic enzymes and bile from the liver via the gall bladder, and eventual nutrient absorption into the bloodstream. Whatever food or fluids not digested, absorbed, becomes waste that is sent down to the large intestines for temporary storage and eventual elimination.

The digestive tract is one long tube, more or less. The stomach is a sac. Digestive energy moves down. When you eat food, it is moved down not only by its weight, gravity but also peristalsis, wave like motion of small intestinal walls that move food down the entire 22 feet into the colon, rectum.

Digestive energy flows down from the mouth and out the anus. It is contained in a tube much like blood is contained in tubes, vessels (arteries, veins and capillaries). If any part of the tube become blocked, energy tends to collect and back up, like a clogged drain that overflows.

The stomach passes food into the small intestines via the pylorus valve, which is a small opening, valve that controls the flow of food. If this valve, opening get blocked up and or closed, food and energy can build up in the stomach, and eventually move in the only direction it can, upwards via burping, nausea and or vomiting.

This type of indigestion, blockage in the stomach and or the small intestines, is generally caused by overeating, poor diet, tight clothing, obesity and or chronic illness.

Eating raw foods, salads and fruits and or cold drinks at the beginning of the meal dilutes, weakens and slows digestion, movement of food. Eating mostly protein, fat and starch clogs the small and large intestines, reducing digestion, absorption and elimination. Eating late meals, late at night weakens digestion and elimination.

Low protein, low fat diets (milk, yogurt, beans, nuts and seeds) weaken all function, including digestion. Protein and fat build and fuel. All other nutrients reduce, cleanse, cool and moisten.

Menstruation, blood loss, hemorrhage tends to weaken digestion. Avoid salads, raw foods, dairy, cold drinks, eating while laying down, etc.

Excess weight is not only fat and water that appears around your abdomen and thighs but also pushes against the blood vessels (arteries, veins) and organs (stomach, small intestines, etc.) slowing and or obstructing the flow of blood and food.

Indigestion and its subsequent symptoms: abdominal bloating, burping, nausea and vomiting are generally cause by poor diet and can be corrected by proper diet and herbs. The following diet, meal plan is recommended, two to three times per day, preferably breakfast and lunch:

1/3 Protein and fat (meat, eggs, chicken, cheese, bans,. nuts, seeds, etc.).

1/3 Grain (rice, noodles, bread).

1/3 Vegetables, cooked, 3-5; fruit (1).

Spices (cardamon, cumin, coriander, fennel turmeric, cayenne ginger, etc.), soup and or tea.

Protein and fat can be adjusted according to one’s condition. Reduce animal protein and fat while increasing beans, nuts and seeds, if you are suffering from high cholesterol, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, cirrhosis, tumors, cancer, etc. Increase animal protein and fat if you re weak, cold, pale, anemic, etc.

Spices and cooked foods keep things moving. They also dry, burn up excess water, sugar and many noxious bacteria, fungi. parasites, worms, etc.

Do not overeat. The stomach should be 3/4 full and 1/4 empty.

Reduce dairy: milk, yogurt, cheese, cold drinks. Loosen your belt. Take a walk after you eat. Lift your arms overhead and let out a good fart. It is good for digestion, absorption, elimination, etc. It’s also a lot nosier outside, although you don’t have to hear a fart to know it exists.
