Wash your face regularly - This is pretty obvious and very simple, just wash your face twice per day, once when you get up and once before you go to bed, if you become excessively dirty throughout your day then wash it again, wash it gently with warm water and a soft cloth.
Doing the above three things should help a lot when it comes to getting rid of acne.
