1. The easiest way to lose pounds quickly and consistently is to walk… but it HAS TO BE on an incline

This is very specific and you need to do it as is. Set up a treadmill so it is inclined about 15 degrees. That isn't much, but you'll see that little bit of an incline makes a really big difference. After that, just get walking for 20 minutes a day on it. Do this 5-6 days a week.

Simple enough.

Walking on an incline is NOTHING LIKE walking on a flat surface. You just have to do it once to see how powerful it truly is. So for your sake, do it.

2. Get more fiber into your diet

I'm not going to tell you to create a totally new diet here. Instead, just add fiber to your diet. Add in 35 grams of fiber. You can do that with 1 can of black beans and 2 apples… or 1 can of black beans and 1 avocado… or 2 avocados and 3 apples. Whatever.

Increased fiber intake is the the easiest way to get your body to start working for you as far as weight loss is concerned. Please note… I'm not telling you to give up your favorite foods at all. Eat what you want (I trust you'll make at least a half-hearted effort to eat better), just as long as you get those extra 35 grams of fiber into your diet daily.
