As most people put on weight beginning the Thanksgiving holiday up to the Christmas season, losing weight must probably be the most popular New Year's resolution. A lot of those who give up on their resolutions do so because the extra effort and time required for them to lose that weight isn't so freely available. People rush back to their office desks to make up for lost work hours eaten up by the holidays. People end up not being able to eat right and healthy. I mean carbohydrates taste great!
