I will start off by saying that you should be using a Pilate’s exercise ball if you are really looking to get the maximum out of your workouts. If you are not using a Pilates exercise ball then you are missing out on getting a more efficient and effective workout, that could help reduce your work out time, improve your overall health and eliminate your back pain.
