When you first begin a weight training or muscle building program, it can be a little bit intimidating to walk into the gym for the first time. Actually, it can be quite intimidating! You may not be familiar with some of the different machines or workout techniques, and you may be embarrassed to have to ask for help before beginning your strength training exercises. Of course the most difficult part of it all is just showing up in front of those muscular guys and toned girls when you’re just a scrawny weakling.
