The Bowflex is a popular home gym workout system that incorporates polymer rods for resistance that emulates the typical weights and pulleys used in weight machines. It consists of on fairly large system that includes a bench as well as leg and arm levers. It comes in a much smaller package than the typical home gym, considering that only one unit needs to be purchased as opposed to several different machines. However, the Bowflex carries a high price tag. In fact the home gym system can cost up to 2,000 dollars.
