Nearly everybody wants to live longer, and more and more people now begin to understand the benefits of healthy eating and the role a healthy diet plays in living a longer healthier life. Eating a healthy diet is the foundation of good health, and coupled with exercise plays a major role in living longer and reducing your susceptibility to disease.
Eating a balanced diet is important for maintaining a healthy body weight while at the same time helping to reduce your risk of suffering from diseases like heart disease, stroke, cancer, diabetes and osteoporosis, especially if you are genetically predisposed to these diseases. Your chances of suffering heart disease in particular are considerably reduced if your diet helps reduce the amount of LDL cholesterol while maintaining adequate levels of HDL cholesterol.

Nausea and vomiting are generally symptoms of indigestion and or contaminated food, water. Indigestion is generally caused by overeating, poor food choice, combining, allergies, obesity and or tight clothing. It can generally be relieved by diet and herbs. Spices not only increase digestion and movement of food but also kill noxious bacteria, parasites, worms, etc.

I have little doubt that you have been inundated with information on how to eat to improve your physique and/or performance. There are enough nutrition books at your local bookstore to tie-up every single one of your cerebral neurons for months on end. At least for the purposes of this article, I’m going to spare you nutrition intricacies like the latest information on Glut-4 transporter translocation and just give you the generic Cliff’s Notes (or Dr Clay’s Notes) on how to piece together meals and eating plans that will help you achieve your physique and/or performance goals.

It seems like everyday I receive at least one question from someone dealing with their lack of energy. After all, not having energy stinks. Your workouts don’t produce results since your too tired to get through it or in a worst case scenario, even make it to the gym. You don’t feel like eating anything because everything you eat makes your tired and you don’t have enough energy to do anything that you want to.
1)Cut back on the caffeine.
