Anyone who has tried to quit smoking knows that it is hard. Even those who have succeeded do not claim that it was easy, and so many of them relapse and slip back to their old tobacco habit within a few weeks or months. The symptoms of nicotine withdrawal are real and so it is not surprising that many people question whether the”talking cure” that is hypnosis can really help them quit smoking.
