The fact is that anyone can lose weight,and it will all depend on your planning and your approach.
The truth is that thousands of people who try to lose weight fail in their attempts. This can be down to a variety of reasons, some of which can include fad diets, dubious products, lack of belief, lack of motivation and willpower and lack of consistency.
Most people are ill prepared for weight loss and they usually have a vague approach to it. A vague approach will lead to minimal if any results. Failure can be hard psychologically on a person. Failure will affect confidence and self esteem and it will lead to half hearted attempts in the future.

Here are some steps which can be followed to lose weight in a healthy way.
- Try to drink lot of water every day it will help in burning calories and building muscles.
- Building muscle will help in burning more calories.
- Eat lot of vegetables and fruits it will give you lot of vitamins and minerals instead of calories as they are having less calories and more vitamins.
- Do not fry your food your food can be grilled,steamed or baked.
- Stick to a regular exercise program which will increase your activity level.

Obesity is a sickness characterized by being overweight or having excess fat in the body. It can affect any person at any age and gender. It is mainly measured through the body mass index (BMI), or the proportion of one’s weight to his height.
A severe and more serious form of obesity is morbid obesity. Morbidly obese individuals are those who are 100 lbs. overweight and have a BMI of over 40. If left untreated, obesity can cause serious health risks like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Difficulty in motor movements and breathing are also common among obese people.
